John has over 30 years of tax experience in planning and compliance. He works with several industry sectors including manufacturing, distribution, construction, real estate, and professional services. John assists clients in a variety of areas such as entity selection and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, multi-state taxation, IRS controversy resolution, and strategic planning. Over the years, his extensive experience with complex tax issues has helped clients make sound and successful business decisions. John is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of Public Accountants. In his spare time, John enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with his family.
